Meet the Founder: Demetrice Burton
I’m a husband, a father of three, and the founder of Soulspoken.
Before this, I was a special education teacher and a coach.
Working with students the world often underestimated taught me how to truly
see people—not for where they are, but for who they can become. Coaching
taught me discipline, humility, and how to build something bigger than yourself.
That foundation shaped everything.
At some point, I decided:
to stop performing for the world—and start living in alignment with what’s true.
Because the reality is simple:
The most powerful thing a human being can do is become who they actually are.
Soulspoken was built from that truth.
Not as clothing.
As a reminder.
For the person who feels the gap between who they are and who they’ve been
showing up as.
For the one who is done with noise, performance, and pretending.
This is a return to self.
And it’s not meant to be done alone.
I built Soulspoken as a community—for people committed to living with
presence, clarity, and intention.
I’m from Fort Wayne, Indiana. My family and I love traveling and experiencing
the world together.
And wherever I go, I carry the same belief:
